HANOI, April 22 (Reuters-dpa): Vietnam's central bank has announced that it is targeting credit growth of 12% for this year and will manage its monetary policy to keep inflation at around 4%.
The central bank said in a statement total money supply (M2) rose 2.9% as of April 16 from end-2020
