SINGAPORE, May 2 (dpa): A Singaporean immigration official who oversaw clearance for arrivals at the city-state's airport, where a negative coronavirus test is an entry requirement, has himself tested positive, the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) had reported earlier this week.
The ICA said that 32 officials working at Changi Airport have been placed in quarantine after being deemed "close contacts" of the official, who was tested on Tuesday (April 27), four days after showing symptoms of Covid-19.
