Singapore intern gets six-figure deal for debut novel on high society


SINGAPORE, July 13 (The Straits Times/ANN): A 23-year-old editorial intern is the latest Singaporean writer to secure a major book deal abroad.

Kyla Zhao, a Vogue Singapore intern, has scored a two-book deal with Berkley Publishing, an imprint of Penguin Random House.
