BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Aug 2 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): The Fire and Rescue Department (FRD) responded to 2,850 emergency calls from January to June involving accidents, landslides, wild animal incidents, gas leakage, structural fires, forest and bush fires, car fires, getting locked out of cars and rooms, and getting locked inside cars.
Some 59 calls for structural fires were received in Brunei-Muara District, 15 in Belait District, 10 in Tutong District and two in Temburong District, department statistics revealed.
