HK, Shenzhen deepen ties with five new agreements

SHENZHEN (China Daily/Asia News Network): Hong Kong and Shenzhen collaboration reached a new level on Monday (Sept 6), as top leaders from the two cities signed five cooperation agreements that cover technology, cross-border arrangements, high-end education, and arbitration.

The documents were signed at the High-level Meeting cum Hong Kong/Shenzhen Co-operation Meeting 2021. It was attended by a Hong Kong delegation led by chief executive Carrie Lam and Shenzhen officials led by Wang Weizhong, the city’s Party secretary.
