12 men charged in S$9.7mil Singapore cheating case


SINGAPORE (The Straits Times/Asia News Network): The authorities on Tuesday (Sept 14) hauled 12 men to court, charging them for their alleged roles in a cheating case involving about S$9.7 million.

At the time of the alleged offences, four of the men were working for Civil Tech, a construction firm.
