BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Nov 21 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): A 43-year-old Bangladeshi man, who took obscene photographs with a 12-year-old girl, was charged in the Magistrates’ Court in the capital.
The defendant, whose identity is withheld to protect the victim, is alleged to have committed the offence in 2020 inside a public toilet at Pasar Tani Selayun.
