VIENTIANE, Dec 20 (Vientiane Times/ANN): Laos Party Secretary General and President Thongloun Sisoulith (pic) has told authorities in Xekong and Saravan provinces to take action to address financial and economic difficulties and the narcotic drugs.
The president gave the advice during a working visit to the southern provinces last week.
