THE kingdom has inaugurated the new office building of the Ministry of National Defence in the central area of the capital Phnom Penh.
Speaking during the inauguration ceremony yesterday, Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen said the construction of the new building responded to the country’s rapid development and the need for decent workplaces.
