JAKARTA: Indonesia’s information gathering, surveillance and ongoing investigations paid off when security agencies arrested several local men for human smuggling activities.
The probe is part of the agencies’ efforts to address human trafficking of illegal migrant workers from Indonesia to Malaysia following an incident in December where 21 people died.
