HO CHI MINH CITY, Feb 5 (Vietnam News/ANN): HCM City’s Thu Duc city authority is trying to tackle the scourge of plastic waste by offering rice to residents in return for recyclable items.

The model “Đổi rác lấy gạo” (Exchanging garbage trash for rice) is carried out by Thu Duc City’s Bình Thọ Ward.
