HANOI (Vietnam News/Asia News Network): Airlines plan to make an increase of more than 100 flights, mostly on the Hanoi– Ho Chi Minh City route, from Feb 6 to 12 to serve travel demand after the Lunar New Year Celebration that ended on Sunday (Feb 6).

Phạm Văn Hảo, deputy director of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, said that the aviation authority asked airline operators to add more night flights to meet the demand as there were a high number of daytime flights already.
