BANGKOK (The Nation/Asia News Network): German professional footballer Mats Hummel’s wife Cathy Hummels (pic) was assaulted and robbed in Phuket on Saturday (Feb 5).

She was reportedly hit in the head with a blunt object and her smartphone was stolen.
