Marijuana and hemp extracts are officially off Thailand's narcotics list

BANGKOK (The Phnom Penh Post/Asia News Network) The Royal Gazette website on Wednesday (Feb 9) published a Public Health Ministry announcement on the updated Category 5 narcotics list that featured marijuana and hemp.

The announcement, signed by Public Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, stipulated that the plants that are on the Category 5 narcotics list are:
