Hong Kong is expected to confirm a record high of more than 1,300 Covid-19 cases on Friday, with one medical expert calling on the government to set up temporary vaccination stations in coronavirus hotspots to kick the city’s inoculation campaign into overdrive.
A medical source said health authorities confirmed a total of 1,325 cases on Thursday night, with about 800 preliminary-positive infections logged as of Friday morning.
