Laos records trade surplus of US$41 million in January

VIENTIANE, Feb 16 (Xinhua): Laos recorded a trade surplus of US$41 million in the first month of 2022, with China continuing to be the country's largest export market.

The total trade value in January, including exports and imports, was recorded at US$1.156 billion, including US$598 million worth of exports and US$557 million worth of imports, according to the latest information from the Lao Trade Portal website.
