Indonesia reports 24,867 new Covid-19 cases and 254 more deaths on Sunday (March 6)

JAKARTA, March 6 (Xinhua): Indonesia on Sunday confirmed 24,867 new Covid-19 cases, bringing the total tally to 5,748,725, the Health Ministry said.

According to the ministry, the death toll from Covid-19 rose by 254 to 150,172, while 49,080 more people have recovered from the disease, bringing the total number of recoveries to 5,122,602 in the South-East Asian country.
