JAKARTA (The Jakarta Post/Asia News Network): With remote working, or working from home (WFH), likely to remain popular even after the pandemic subsides, property companies are expected to realign their business models so as to stay ahead of the curve.

Consulting and auditing firm Ernst & Young (EY) found in a 2021 survey conducted in South-East Asia that only 15 per cent of employees preferred full-time office work, while the share of people preferring to work from home full-time or to work from anywhere had doubled since an earlier survey.
