Cambodia produces over 2 tonnes of gold so far: PM

PHNOM PENH (Xinhua): Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen said on Thursday (March 31) that the South-East Asian nation has produced 2,275kg of dore bars with 90 per cent pure gold solution since mining began in June last year.

The gold was extracted from one place only among several other places, he said during the inauguration ceremony of a flyover in the western suburb of Phnom Penh.
