Laos and Thailand pledge to elevate ties, ink cooperation MOUs


VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/Asia News Network): Laos and neighbouring Thailand have elevated their bilateral ties to a “Strategic Partnership for Growth and Sustainable Development” as Prime Minister Phankham Viphavanh (pic) made an official visit to the kingdom.

The two sides also signed three Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) to deepen cooperation.
