SINGAPORE (The Straits Times/Asia News Network): Singapore stayed the 13th most expensive city globally for expatriates to live in despite rising inflation, while Hong Kong was the world's most costly for the second year in a row.
These were some of the findings of the latest cost of living research published by ECA International.
