Singapore: Five weeks' jail for recalcitrant offender who refused to pay taxi fares and attacked drivers


SINGAPORE, June 17 (The Straits Times/ANN): A recalcitrant offender with a history of attacking taxi drivers did it again shortly after he was released from jail.

He attacked three taxi drivers in separate incidents, each time after refusing to pay for the ride.
