A TOTAL of 27 looted Cambodian artefacts have arrived back home from the United States a year after a court in Manhattan district of New York state ordered their seizure from collectors and return to Cambodia, according to the culture ministry.

In a statement on Friday, the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts listed some of the pieces as a bronze meditating Buddha on a Naga throne, a Shiva idol and a sandstone sculpture depicting Prajnaparamita of the Buddhist tradition.
