BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): The national Identity Card (IC) registration system is undergoing an upgrade, the Immigration and National Registration Department (INRD) announced on Monday (June 20).
Applications for the replacement of yellow and purple ICs have been suspended, and the resumption of services will be announced at a later date.
