HANOI (Vietnam News/Asia News Network): Under new proposals put forward by the Vietnam Railway Corporation, filming, photographing and running cafe shops on Hanoi's famous 'train street' could soon be a fineable offence.

The move aims to ensure safety on the rail line that has become increasingly popular with foreign tourists.
