Enrile: Corruption in Philippine govt more rampant now than before


MANILA (Philippine Daily Inquirer/Asia News Network): Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Juan Ponce Enrile (pic) believes that corruption in government is more rampant now than before.

Enrile aired this observation on Wednesday (Sept 21) when he attended as a resource person of the Senate committee on constitutional amendments and revision of codes, deliberating on Charter change proposals.
