PHNOM PENH (The Phnom Penh Post/Asia News Network): Minister of Interior Sar Kheng said the government has spent more than US$200 million building infrastructure in Preah Sihanouk province in order to attract investment and increase tax revenues – not to let it slide into a morass of illegal gambling and, even worse, crimes.
He called on authorities to tighten law enforcement without exception.
