Storm Noru to weaken before entering Thailand


BANGKOK (The Nation/Asia News Network): The Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA) released satellite photos on Wednesday (Sept 28) to confirm that Typhoon Noru would reach Thailand by Thursday morning at the latest.

The photos, from Japan’s Himawari-8 satellite, shows Noru making landfall in Vietnam’s central coastal city of Hoi An.
