BANGKOK (The Nation/Asia News Network): Motorists on a road in Sanam Chai Khet district of Chachoengsao province were forced to halt their vehicles as a herd of elephants emerged from the forest to cross the road on Wednesday (Sept 28).
The incident happened in an area close to Khao Ang Rue Nai Wildlife Sanctuary. Chachoengsao is one of five provinces bordering the forest, along with Chonburi, Rayong, Chanthaburi and Sa Kaeo.
