Singapore: Public hospitals working with MOH to ease patient loads at emergency depts amid latest Covid-19 wave


SINGAPORE, Oct 22 (The Straits Times/ANN): Public hospitals are working with the Health Ministry to ensure there are enough resources and manpower to care for patients, as emergency departments see very high volumes of patients amid the latest Covid-19 wave.

The three healthcare clusters – National Healthcare Group, National University Health System and SingHealth – said in a joint statement on Friday that since the start of the year, their hospital emergency departments have been experiencing a very high volume of patients.
