VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/Asia News Network): The 20th Kapok Flower Festival (Boun Dok Ngiew Ban) will be staged in Tonpheung district, Bokeo province, on a grander scale than in the past, with a colourful programme of events scheduled for Jan 25-29.
The festival resumes after a two-year absence because of the Covid-19 outbreak.
