Xi Jinping’s no-nukes-in-Ukraine stand not expected to unravel China-Russia ties


Chinese President Xi Jinping’s public stand last week against the use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine was no cause for division between China and Russia, according to analysts.

Xi told German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in a meeting on Friday that the international community should stand against using or threatening the use of nuclear weapons.
