MANILA (Philippine Daily Inquirer/Asia News Network): A total of 287 areas across the country remain flooded as of Friday (Jan 20) due to continuous rains since the start of the new year due to different weather systems, according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC).
The shear line, low pressure areas, and the north-east monsoon have continuously triggered rains over different parts of the country since the holiday season.
