JAKARTA, Jan 27 (Bernama): Foreign nationals can now apply for Indonesia’s visitor visa for pre-investment and tourism via online.
According to the country’s Immigration Director General Silmy Karim, effective January 26 applicants should complete the entire process of visitor visa-related application and make payment at molina.imigrasi.go.id .
"They can apply for a visitor visa for tourism and pre-investment without a sponsor. This service is expected to encourage tourism and investment sector growth,” he said in a statement.
"Immigration makes it easy for global business people and investors to explore and review potential investments before investing in Indonesia.”
Silmy added they could also extend their electronic visa on arrival (e-VOA) through the foreigners exit-entry module at the website. - Bernama
