Blaze at Pasig city warehouse reaches third alarm

MANILA (Philippine Daily Inquirer/Asia News Network): The blaze that burned a warehouse in Kapasigan, Pasig City, has been extinguished. Local Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) officers said “fire out” had been declared.

In a phone interview, they told INQUIRER.net that the fire was put out at 3:17pm.

This incident reached third alarm. It is still unclear if there were any casualties or how much property was lost.

Photos uploaded by volunteer group TXTFire Philippines showed thick, dark smoke billowing from the warehouse located near Pasig river.
