Prisons and health authorities in Hong Kong have alerted law enforcement agencies after tote bags and T-shirts carrying their emblems but not designed by them went viral online.
The agencies expressed concern the products might mislead people into thinking they were offering souvenirs to patients discharged from psychiatric facilities.
