One killed, at least 15 injured in petrol station blast in eastern Myanmar

YANGON (Xinhua): One person was killed and at least 15 others injured in an explosion at a petrol station in Myanmar's eastern Shan state on Wednesday (Sept 27), an official said.

The explosion took place at DENKO petrol station, located in Lashio township of the state at around 5:00 p.m. local time, said U Kyaing from a rescue organization.

At least three of the injured were in critical condition, he added.
