Digitalisation in focus as quantity surveyors congress concludes in Brunei

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: The Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS), a key organisation dedicated to uniting national bodies representing Quantity Surveyors across the Asia and Western Pacific region and supporting the ongoing development and excellence in the field, concluded its 2024 Congress with a series of events.

The congress, themed ‘Digitalisation Towards a Smart Nation’, wrapped up with a closing ceremony at The Rizqun International Hotel, featuring an award presentation, recognising achievements with the IWATA Foundation and Accreditation of Universities Certificates.

The ceremony also included a handover of the PAQS flag to IQSI Indonesia, the host of the 2025 Congress, accompanied by a video presentation showcasing Indonesia’s preparations and vision for PAQS 2025.

During the award and certification ceremony, exceptional research and innovation presented at the congress were honoured with the Best Paper Awards.

Institution of Surveyors, Engineers and Architects (PUJA) Brunei President Sr Mohd Hanafi Abdul Rahman was among the attendees at the event.
