Business opportunities in Brunei's tourism sector highlighted at briefing

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: Around 70 cooperative board members, cooperative management and existing members attended a briefing on business opportunities in the tourism sector.

The event was organised by the Corporate Development Unit, Ministry of Finance and Economy at the ministry’s Theatre Hall.

The session began with a briefing by the Tourism Development Department, followed by four presentations from key stakeholders: the Association of Travel Agents Brunei, Brunei Association of Hotels, Kunyit 7 Lodge and Darussalam Holdings Sdn Bhd.

During the presentations, speakers shared insights into their respective approaches, directions and success stories in tourism-related business activities.

The event concluded with a visit to Eco Ponies Garden in Kampong Bang Nukat Lamunin, Tutong District, where participants were introduced to the garden’s management methods.
