YANGON: It has been reported that two men who robbed a phone from a motorist at knifepoint in Mandalay city later collided with a car and died.

The incident happened on Sept 26 around 7pm in Maha Aung Mun Township, at the corner of 64th Street and 40th Street.

A couple was waiting in a car to fetch their child after school. The husband got out of the car and while talking on the phone, two men on a motorcycle stole his phone.
