BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: Straits Central Agencies (B) Sdn Bhd (SCA) on Sunday (Dec 1) operated its full charter flight for the third consecutive year, carrying 256 passengers.

SCA is offering a variety of customised umrah packages, including a full charter flight service exclusively available in December.
