Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter in back in town and will strut his stuff in solo concert at Zepp KL on Feb 26

DELIGHTED to announce their first concert of the year, Hitman Solutions and Happymoon reveal Malaysia’s inclusion in the Asian leg of Backstreet Boys’ Nick Carter’s highly anticipated 2025 world tour, “Who I Am”.

The concert is set to take over Zepp Kuala Lumpur on 26 February 2025, promising an unforgettable night of nostalgia and pop hits.

Returning to Malaysia after a decade, Nick Carter takes the stage for the first time since his 2015 performance at Stadium Negara during the Backstreet Boys' In A World Like This tour.

After wrapping up a world tour with his bandmates last year, Nick Carter made a powerful solo comeback in 2023.

His “Who I Am” world tour celebrates this milestone with three single releases, "Superman," "Made For Us," and "Never Break My Heart (Not Again)."

Fans can expect an extensive set-list blending tracks from his solo catalogue, Backstreet Boys’ classics, and personal favourites of the singer-songwriter.

Rohit Rampal, CEO & Founder of Hitman Group and Kesavan Purusotman (KC), Managing Director of Happymoon shared: "Throughout 2024, we explored various genres together with international acts—and this year, we want to diversify our portfolio with a pop icon who not only defined a genre but an entire era.

"Nick Carter’s incredible journey has seen tremendous success with his group tours, and his solo world tour is creating waves globally, making him the perfect choice. We’re thrilled to bring this experience to Malaysian fans, especially millennials who’ve waited since 2015 for his return.”

Nick Carter’s career spans over three decades filled with sold-out arenas, including projects in television, film, philanthropy, and publishing. With the Backstreet Boys, Carter holds the title of being part of the best-selling boy band in history.

"This concert is more than just music; it’s an opportunity for fans to relive their childhood dreams by singing along to iconic hits like “Everybody”, “I Want It That Way”, “As Long As You Love Me”, and many more.

"This “Who I Am” stop will be a showcase of his individuality and musicality while celebrating the songs that shaped a generation," added Rohit Rampal and KC.

Having toured across the United States, Canada, South America, and North America, Nick Carter is now set to captivate Asian audiences. Concluding their statement, the co-organisers shared, "We’re honoured to create a night of boy band nostalgia, setting the stage for Nick Carter’s electrifying performance."
