BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: Thirty children under the Brunei Council on Social Welfare (MKM) are set to begin their 2025 school term with a fresh, trendy look after receiving free haircuts yesterday at the MKM office in Kampong Anggrek Desa.

The haircut session was sponsored by Unorthodox Barber Studio, a popular barbershop employing over 20 local male barbers.

During the event, the director and co-founder of Unorthodox Ilmi Azim was presented with an appreciation certificate by MKM.

The initiative also served as a platform for companies and private firms to collaborate with MKM in developing charitable projects aimed at assisting the underprivileged in the country.

As part of its 2025 initiatives, MKM has also launched several efforts to support its clients, including the Back to School campaign. - Borneo Bulletin/ANN
