BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Xinhua): The Maritime and Port Authority of Brunei Darussalam (MPABD), with the support of maritime industry players and stakeholders, launched the Maritime Single Window (MSW) this week.
The MSW is a digital platform designed to streamline and expedite the submission and approval process of port clearance documentation.
By optimizing operational workflows, the MSW will enhance efficiency for stakeholders and facilitate a more seamless and transparent experience within the maritime industry.
Zil Husam, chief executive of MPABD, said the MSW is a pivotal milestone in Brunei's ongoing digital transformation agenda, adding the country takes a major step forward in transforming the way ship clearance processes are conducted. Enditem
