Settle DBKL summonses from before Sept 1 within a month, or face JPJ blacklist

Errant motorists with outstanding Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) traffic summonses have been given a month to settle fines issued before Sept 1, 2018 or face being blacklisted by the Road Transport Department (JPJ).
