EDEN Enterprises (M) Bhd’s move to establish a halal restaurant, catering and bakery operations has paid off handsomely, with its food and beverage (F&B) segment poised to achieve RM9mil net gain in the financial year ending Dec 31.
Executive chairman Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Mohamad said that last year the F&B segment recorded RM7.5mil in profit, which was a significant rise from a loss of RM15mil the year before, he told reporters after the group’s EGM in Shah Alam on Wednesday.
