PETALING JAYA: To show they do not condone accounting irregularities, minority shareholders of Transmile Group Bhd at the company AGM yesterday voted against paying the directors’ fees for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2006.
Thus, the directors will not receive remuneration for their service last year.
