MIRI: Sealink International Bhd
, a major integrated service provider for the offshore oil and gas industry, will be floated on the Bursa Malaysia main board in the third quarter.
An underwriting agreement was signed yesterday with company chairman Datuk Michael Hardin and managing director Yong Foh Choi signing for Sealink. AmBank Group managing director Cheah Tek Kuang and AmBank Investment Bank managing director Kok Tuck Cheong signed for the underwriters, AmInvestment Bank.
