PETALING JAYA: Star Publications (M) Bhd has appointed Foo San Kan independent and non-executive director and also chairman of the audit committee effective yesterday.
The company told Bursa Malaysia that Foo, 60, would join Datuk Wira Syed Abdul Jabbar Syed Hassan and Tan Sri Dr Sak Cheng Lum on the audit committee.
