Halim Mazmin, JLand to be delisted on July 21


PETALING JAYA: The entire paid-up share capital of Halim Mazmin Bhd and Johor Land Bhd (JLand) will be delisted from the official list of Bursa Malaysia effective 9am on July 21.

Halim Mazmin is being taken private by its largest shareholders, Tan Sri Halim Mohammad and Puan Sri Mazmin Noordin while Johor Land is being taken private by Damansara Assets Sdn Bhd and Johor Corp.
